Bam von Alaric is a stunning, 8-year-old, long-haired German Shepherd.  This handsome guy is looking for a home with a kind and confident person. His previous foster dad can't say enough about what a great boy he is with his people -- loving, adaptable and very responsive to any guidance. Bam enjoys affection and being your confidant.  He has very good house and yard manners, is housebroken, has experience being crated, and knows basic commands like sit, stay and leave it. He's also quite playful and is a big fan of balls and car rides. Bam does best around calmer, more easygoing dogs who know to give him space, or he would be happy to be your one and only. He can bark at certain dogs, especially pushy types who encroach too close. With his gorgeous coat and sweet gaze, love at first sight is easy, but what Bam’s really looking for is a home that will appreciate his Shepherd smarts and loyalty.
